All dates are in 2024 unless different year is noted and all times are central time. All classes are on zoom and sessions are on zoom or phone. I no longer have a class and
treatment room available for in person sessions or classes.
Meditation Gatherings on zoom (no charge): Interactive experience. We will start with a time for everyone to introduce themselves. Then we will do the meditation focusing
on higher connections and bringing in higher energies for ourselves and to share into the world. If you have a favorite intuitive or tarot deck, please have it handy since we will
each draw a card for ourselves or you can journal after the meditation. Anyone who wants to share about their card or writing is welcome to do so. Hope you can join the group.

New Series - Acupressure for Reiki Practitioners 101: I always used Reiki with Acupressure and found it to be a great combination. This course will provide foundational info
about acupressure with Reiki. There will be more advanced courses offered in the future. In the course you will learn about the 12 organ meridians, including their officials, many
acupressure points, including the source points, the two vessels of the great central channel, and the elements, including their adaptive points. Many images are included in the
PDF Docs that you will receive. It is a series of 5 two hour zoom classes on alternate weeks for 10 hours total. You’ll want to plan to do some studying between classes. Class fee
is $100 ($25 discount if you took through RMP class with Arline Rowden). Class size is limited to 5. Course fee can be paid via a check payable to Arline Rowden or I can request
payment through PayPal. It would be due prior to the first class. Registration required. Email for more info and to get on a list for the next series.

To avoid reacting try the following:
Our thinking consciousness (called the Thinker) notices a surge of emotion rising up.
Thinker asks: What is going on? That will stop the ego because it does not have an answer. The ego is only a group of patterns and does not have the ability to think it only reacts.
Next the Thinker realizes: I am or was starting to react. That acknowledgement then stops the reaction of running a pattern.
Then I can take an honest look at what is going on.
The Thinker needs to learn from experiences.

Personal and Spiritual Development Course: A Journey of Self-Discovery, Healing and Development of Authentic Empowerment Created and Facilitated by Arline Rowden,
Facilitator of Learning and self-discovery. It is available as an ongoing small group series. Scheduled as 2 hour classes twice a month. Group size limit is 5. Classes that
are included: Discovering Our Inner Selves, Including the Inner Child; Emotional Behaviors; Understanding Our Emotional Nature; Exploring Our Chakras; Three Levels of
Chakra Consciousness; and more. Descriptions for each course are listed below on this page. Another series can begin on a weekday when there is enough interest. Small

Discovering Our Inner Selves, Including the Inner Child By requests. (10 hours of classtime): You may have said or thought: There is a part of me that wants to do this
and there is another part of me that does not. We all have various parts of our personality and we can connect with them. We'll also explore Archetypes. Class is limited to 5

Emotional Behaviors & Understanding Our Emotional Nature Series of 10 hours total in several classes. Available by request.
We will study the emotional nature and the emotional sequence of betrayal (disloyalty), failure, rejection and abandonment. We will also explore how understanding the instinctual
nature can be so helpful in our day to day life and in our relationships. We will also explore patterns that are created due to fear & desire and control, victim & power patterns.
These are instinctively in all humans. They are patterns of emotional reactions that have been unconsciously developed and passed-on. Fortunately, these behaviors and their
purpose, are understandable and through their study one can learn how to constructively work with them as well as successfully adjust their expression. This will result in healthy
communication and relationships. Registration is required. PDF Handouts & zoom info will be emailed. Class is limited to 5 students - Minimum is 4 students. If you miss a class

Exploring Our Chakras Basic Course is a 16 hour series (4 four hour classes or 8 two hour classes) on Zoom Another series could start when there is enough interest. Once a month for 4 hours for 5 months. Or by request. Registration Required. Fee $100 in check payable to Arline Rowden or I can
request your payment to your phone or email through PayPal due 2 weeks prior to first class. Request series on weekends or evenings.
Series focuses on self-awareness and self-healing. Appropriate for people just beginning their journey. Also, appropriate for people who want to go deeper into their personal and
spiritual growth journey and for those who work with others. Some brief process could happen during the classes while doing an exercise or while sharing which Arline will support.
You might feel the need to schedule an individual session if issues surface during the series. Methods for self-processing will be shared during classes.
Chakra comes from a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or disk. The idea of chakras or spinning vortexes of energy comes from the ancient yoga systems of India. Chakras are centers for
receiving, processing and transmitting the energy of life. There are many minor chakras throughout the body and seven major chakras radiating from the central nerve ganglia of
the spinal column. The chakras are in our etheric physical energy body and the nerve ganglia are in our dense physical energy body. When our chakras are functioning as intended,
there is an adequate amount of energy flowing in and out and up and down through each of the chakras. Life's experiences, our ideas, beliefs and cultural values affect our chakras. The flow of energy through the
chakra can be reduced by our wounds and some beliefs that we hold. Chakra exploration can be a wonderful way to approach self-discovery and healing. It provides a way to focus
on just certain areas or themes instead of everything at once. It can be a powerful and yet gentle and loving approach.
There are not any prerequisites for the series but it could be beneficial to have taken Reiki I or beyond and to be comfortable with meditation. Attendance at all classes is
required. If you have to miss a class, you will receive an audio recording of the class. Please listen to it as soon as possible after the missed class and email me any questions
or comments. Email for more info or to request registration email. Four hour classes are often scheduled once a month and two hour classes are often scheduled on an alternate week
schedule and work best on weekdays in the daytime or evening. Small interactive group of 4 to 6 students. Fee is $120 for the series due 2 weeks prior to the first class date.

The Explore 3 levels of Chakra Consciousness can be taken after the end of the basic series: Subconscious (Instinctual), Conscious and Super Conscious Levels. There are Archetypal
patterns of intelligence present in each of the 7 Chakras and they collectively form the basic "thinking" of a human being. These 21 programs operate through the Chakras similar
to a computer operating system. There is an unconscious, conscious & super-conscious level. By studying these programs one can better understand themselves and begin to figure
out where they are on their path of spiritual evolution. It can also be very helpful in understanding others. Email for more info if you have already taken the basic Chakra series
from Arline. If you took the series quite a while about you might want to review it before taking the 3 levels.
Zoom Reiki Certification Classes by request - Reiki II & RMP can be individual classes on weekdays or at times on Sat. or Sun.
Reiki I Attunement Certification Class on zoom by request for 1 to 3 people: Four hour class with 30 minute break or in 2 two hour segments on different days.
Maximum class size is 3. Students will be attuned to a greater flow of life force energy in the class and learn how to do Reiki for self-care and others. You will receive an
extensive manual in a PDF doc via email prior to the class. A chakra chart and brief chakra information is included in the manual. You can either print out the manual or view
it on a device. There will be videos of demos of a Reiki session on a table and another in a chair. You will view them in class and will receive a link in an email after the
class. You will practice flowing Reiki for yourself and for others during the class. Information about 36 acupressure points and where they are located based on the hand positions
that are used in a Reiki session. The acupressure information is optional but it can enhance the effectiveness of Reiki for self-care & others. Certificate will be printed and
then I will scan it and email to you. I will mail out certificates at a later date when I have several to go to the post office at one time. Fee is $75. Payment in a check payable
to Arline Rowden or I can request payment to your phone or email through PayPal due two weeks prior to the class.
Reiki II Attunement Certification Class on zoom By Request. Prerequisite: Reiki I Attunement Certification Class. Maximum class is 3.
Students will be attuned to the 2nd level of Reiki which will give them access to an increased flow of Reiki to use for self-care and others. They will be introduced to the
Reiki II symbols and learn how to use them to enhance hands-on and distant Reiki. Distant Reiki will be practiced in the class. You will be introduced to the 12 organ meridian
and learn why knowing basic meridian info can be helpful as you work with Reiki. You will also receive information about the 12 acupressure source points which can help to
balance each of the meridians. The meridian info is optional you do not need to study it in order to do Reiki. You will receive an extensive manual in a PDF doc via email
prior to the class. Certificate will be printed and then I will scan and email it to you. I will mail out certificates at a later date when I have several to go to the post office
at one time. Fee is $75. Payment in a check payable to Arline Rowden or I can request payment to your phone or email through PayPal due two weeks prior to the class.
Reiki Master Practitioner Certification Class on zoom: By Request - Maximum class size is 3. Prerequisite: Reiki II Attunement Certification
Class. Students will be attuned to the Reiki Master level which will give them access to the full flow of Reiki to use for self-care and others. They will be introduced to the
Reiki Master symbols and learn how to use them. You will learn the Reiki Breathing process. You will receive an extensive manual in a PDF doc via email prior to the class. Certificate
will be printed and then scan will be emailed to you. I will mail out certificates at a later date when I have several to go to the post office at one time. Fee is $75. Payment in a
check payable to Arline Rowden or I can request payment to your phone or email through PayPal due two weeks prior to the class in the series.
Reiki Master Teacher's Course by request: Fee is $300 payable 2 weeks prior to the first class in the series. Series of 2 hour classes 2 weeks apart for a total of 8-12
hours for 1 or 2 people. You will have permission to use Arline Rowden's manuals in your classes. Please email for details.
By Appointment: Reiki I or Reiki II for Self-care and Loved Ones on zoom. No certificate given. Manual will be in a PDF doc emailed to you prior to the class. Two hour class
for 1 student is $45 or $25 each for 2 or 3 students. Special rate is a gift of support. Email for more info. If you want to be certified at a later date that is possible by
