Thank you.) or call (608) 884-6947 (between 9 am & 9 pm Central Standard Time). Gift certificates are always available for sessions, classes and meditation cd's. Reiki, Meditation, Emotional Nature and Spiritual Mentoring sessions and individual classes are available by appointment. Group Reiki, Meditation, Emotional Nature and Spiritual Mentoring classes are also offered as scheduled and by request. Your emails and phone calls are important to me and I usually can respond to you within 48 hours or sooner unless I'm away for a few days. So if you don't hear back from me within a week, please email or call again because it's unlikely that I received your email or phone call. Recently, I've had some internet providers block my email even though I never send unsolicated emails. So please add my email to your address book and follow your provider's instructions to mark my email as one you wish to receive. Also, if in the future you wish to be removed from my email list, please just reply to my email and I will remove you promptly. Thank you.

Also, when you contact me for the first time, I'd greatly appreciate information about how you found me such as: searched on internet, ad in _____, referred by _____ etc. Also, please put my email on your list of email addresses that you want to receive email from so my response to you isn't blocked. Thank you.

Payment Info: Personal Checks (payable to Arline Rowden) or Exact Cash. Full payment is expected at the session or class unless other arrangements have been made when making the appointment or registering for the class. Payment plans are available for some classes if you make arrangements when you register for the class. If you have scheduled a payment after the class date, then you would provide a postdated check when you attend the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance, if possible (or as soon as you know), if you need to cancel (for any session, class or event even for intro classes).
