Using White Light to Replace Fear
Michael Strelcheck explained to me (Arline Rowden) that anyone can use the following process:
When you are experiencing fear (anxiety, anger, depression, etc.), visualize white light coming into the top of your head and flowing down thru your body into your heart and anchor the white light into your heart. Then visualize the white light flowing from your heart throughout all of you. You can use this technique as often as you choose when are aware that you are expereincing fear. It's also helpful to use it 2 or 3 times per day on a daily basis.
"Using basic white light, which is brought into replace the darker energies of fear. This simple concept (dynamic replacement) prevents congestion in the etheric body because the white light doesn't judge and reject the darker energy. The natural order in the universe provides that energy which is of a higher vibration always rules in any given situation, hence if the white light wishes to be in your energy body the darker energy will naturally and instinctively yield to its arrival (known as spiritual recognition)." Medical Circle Massage Therapy in Madison - Jennifer Jastrab I began practicing Reiki in 1996 and have used it everyday in some form or another since my first attunement. During the weekend women share modalities of healing, drum, dance, meditate, and nurture one another. You are encouraged to bring drums, rattles, and voice, as you sit around the campfire and share your special gifts. You receive a handbook filled with the healing techniques that are offered. A healing art project that you take home with you is part of your weekend experience. Fine food is offered as we begin to regain the roots that make women strong and healers of Mother Earth. Share your healing modality with other attendees. All women attending receive healing, nurturing and learn techniques to share and use with others. This is an excellent way to “heal the healers”, and balance.
November offers “Fiber Day on the Ranch”. Sue Johnson teaches spinning and felting. She has over thirty years experience in spinning, weaving and other fiber techniques. You take home products you “hand make” from the wool of the Jacob Sheep raised on the Copper Penny Ranch.

Heartland Horse Sanctuary, Inc has 3 major programs.
1) Horse Rescue and Sanctuary: We serve as a sanctuary for rescued and retired horses. Our goal is to help each horse achieve their highest physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. After that, we rehome those horses who are capable of going to a new home. All others stay on permanently at the sanctuary.
2) Personal Ponies, Ltd Retirement Home: We serve as one of 10 retirement homes across the country for Personal Ponies, Ltd retirees. Personal Ponies are miniature shetland ponies (34 " tall) who spend their lives interacting with children with special needs by allowing children to groom, pet, lead and take care of these small ponies. When the ponies get old or develop their own special needs, they are retired and receive lifetime care from the national Personal Ponies, Ltd organization.
3) Therapeutic Ponies: Children and adults are welcome to come to a tranquil country farm and pet, groom, hug and enjoy the ponies and other horses as a way to promote their own physical, mental, emotionl and spiritual wellness.
People can help the horses in the following ways:
1) Come and spend time with the ponies. They love to be loved. They like grooming, going for short walks, hugs, and small pieces of carrots.
2) Sign up to send reiki to selected ponies on a one-time or regular basis.
3) Donate money or horse related services or products like halters, lead ropes, oats, etc.
4) Help build new pony stalls in our beautiful new barn.
5) Create your own idea about how to help the horses.

The History of MOVIE MADNESS! My older brother, Gary, and I (Joel) came up with the idea for MOVIE MADNESS! As we washed dishes after Thanksgiving dinner, we attempted to pass the time by playing a simple game: One of us would speak a movie line and the other had to guess what movie it was from. If the guesser got it right, the roles reversed. I'm sure we were butchering many of the lines, but we always had so much fun recalling those movies and imitating the character's voices. On that particular Thanksgiving evening, before I hardly realized what I was saying, I blurted out, "We should make a game out of this!"
I can remember it like it was yesterday, but that night was nearly 25 years ago. We were busy with college then and later, busy with everything else, but the idea never went away. It became something we always said we'd do "someday." Well, about 7 years ago, "someday" arrived. Gary and his brother-in-law, Marc, approached me about finally turning our dream into reality. We never seemed to find any games on the store shelves that clicked for us the way Movie Madness! did. The market was just waiting for us!
After months of effort, we began play-testing the first prototype. To our delight, the game was a HUGE hit. An early highlight came when a group of 12 skeptics gave MOVIE MADNESS! a standing ovation! We were really on to something! Driven by this early success, we redoubled our efforts. Despite countless delays and road-blocks, we never lost faith in the game's magnetism and basic fun. Now, after nearly 100 playtests, taking notes on over 900 movies, spending thousands in set-up costs while jumping through countless hoops, MOVIE MADNESS! is a game we're all VERY proud of!

Information on the website is written by Risa D'Angeles, MA, Psychology & Education, who is founder and director of the Esoteric and Astrological Studies and Research Institute, a contemporary Wisdom School, based in Santa Cruz, California. Risa is also an educator and lecturer, astrologer and therapist, writer and columnist, artist and musician.
The books of Alice A. Bailey, written in cooperation with a Tibetan teacher between 1919-1949, constitute a continuation of the Ageless Wisdom--a body of esoteric teaching handed down from ancient times in a form which is always suitable to each period. Intended to precede and condition the coming era, the Alice A. The emphasis of the Alice Bailey writings is on service through the development of the contribution which each individual, guided by the soul, can make to the enlightenment of planetary consciousness during this time of momentous change and transition into a new age and a new millennium.
Basically her work developed as a duality-her discipleship service which included the establishment of an esoteric school; and her initially reluctant agreement to work with the Tibetan, Djwhal Khul, in the writing of a series of books presenting the next phase in the continuity of the Ageless Wisdom teaching for the present and the immediate future.
