Using White Light to Replace Fear
Michael Strelcheck explained to me (Arline Rowden) that anyone can use the following process:
When you are experiencing fear (anxiety, anger, depression, etc.), visualize white light coming into the top of your head and flowing down thru your body into your heart and anchor the white light into your heart. Then visualize the white light flowing from your heart throughout all of you. You can use this technique as often as you choose when are aware that you are expereincing fear. It's also helpful to use it 2 or 3 times per day on a daily basis.
"Using basic white light, which is brought into replace the darker energies of fear. This simple concept (dynamic replacement) prevents congestion
in the etheric body because the white light doesn't judge and reject the darker energy. The natural order in the universe provides that energy which
is of a higher vibration always rules in any given situation, hence if the white light wishes to be in your energy body the darker energy will
naturally and instinctively yield to its arrival (known as spiritual recognition)." Michael Strelcheck 7-12-04 Focus class.

In the mist of lakes of Montello, WI, is the Copper Penny Ranch. Combined with the
ranch is Simply Reiki. Penny Negley has been a Reiki Master since 2000 and a Reiki Teacher since 2003. Penny’s Reiki focus is in the healing of animals
and in teaching Reiki to others. Penny and her friend Sue Johnson, Nature’s Light Reiki, are students of Arline Rowden, Reiki Master Teacher. Simply

campground in Westfield, WI. During the weekend women share modalities of healing, drum, dance, meditate, and nurture one another. You are
encouraged to bring drums, rattles, and voice, as you sit around the campfire and share your special gifts. You receive a handbook filled with the
healing techniques that are offered. A healing art project that you take home with you is part of your weekend experience. Fine food is offered as we
begin to regain the roots that make women strong and healers of Mother Earth. Share your healing modality with other attendees. All women attending
receive healing, nurturing and learn techniques to share and use with others. This is an excellent way to “heal the healers”, and balance.

Heartland Horse Sanctuary, Inc has 3 major programs.
1) Horse Rescue and Sanctuary: We serve as a sanctuary for rescued and retired horses. Our goal is to help each horse achieve their highest
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. After that, we rehome those horses who are capable of going to a new home. All others stay on
permanently at the sanctuary.
2) Personal Ponies, Ltd Retirement Home: We serve as one of 10 retirement homes across the country for
Personal Ponies, Ltd retirees. Personal Ponies are miniature shetland ponies (34 " tall)
who spend their lives interacting with children with special needs by allowing children to groom, pet, lead and take care of these small ponies.
When the ponies get old or develop their own special needs, they are retired and receive lifetime care from the national Personal Ponies, Ltd
organization.
3) Therapeutic Ponies: Children and adults are welcome to come to a tranquil country farm and pet, groom, hug and enjoy the ponies and other
horses as a way to promote their own physical, mental, emotionl and spiritual wellness.

What is a Process Acupressure session like? Typically, a PA session takes from 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The client lies fully clothed on a massage
table while the practitioner applies gentle pressure to the acupoints. Normally, the session has several phases:
Relaxation: As a state of relaxation occurs, the client may become aware of issues within the body and/or consciousness.
Awareness: As the session progresses, the client may go into a deeper state of awareness, beneath surface tension, to access clarity or
guidance about the issues at hand.
Integration: Finally, integration and completion of the process occur as the session is closed with chakra balancing and grounding.
What makes Process Acupressure so effective? Process Acupressure is based on the premise that our physical bodies hold the archives of our
lives. One way to access and release what no longer serves us from past events is to invite the body to direct its own clear, strong energy
through the areas where these memories are held. PA does this in a simple and direct way, through more than 100 specialized acupressure formulas,
designed to address all parts of the body, and specific conditions. Process Acupressure practitioners are skilled at facilitating this exploration
on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels, as well. Clients are empowered to control the pace and depth of this exploration at all times.
How do practitioners use Process Acupressure? Process Acupressure can be practiced by itself, or in combination with psychotherapy or other
